f. Cash on Delivery (COD)* – ₹80 extra (cash handling fee)

Domestic Shipping (India)
Order Processing Time
a. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
b. Custom-made or pre-order items may take additional time as communicated at purchase.
c. No processing on Sundays or national holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, our support team will notify you promptly.
Shipping Charges
a. Free Shipping on all domestic orders.
b. COD available for eligible locations at ₹80 per shipment.
c. COD is not available on customized orders.
Delivery Timeline
a. Standard delivery: 5–7 business days post dispatch.
b. Remote areas may take longer depending on courier serviceability.
c. In case delivery is delayed beyond 45 days, we will initiate a full refund.
Logistics Partners
We collaborate with India’s most trusted shipping networks:
a. Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx, XpressBees, Aramex.
b. For rural or remote regions, we dispatch via India Post.
International Shipping
a. We currently deliver to most countries worldwide.
b. Shipping is chargeable and depends on destination — typically between ₹900 – ₹3000.
c. International shipping charges will be shared during checkout or order placement.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
a. You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after placing your order.
b. Once shipped, we’ll email you a Shipment Confirmation along with a tracking link.
c. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Local Taxes
a. Domestic Orders: All prices are inclusive of GST. You don’t pay anything extra.
b. International Orders: Any import duties, VAT, tariffs or taxes levied by your country are to be borne by the customer. Silvanya is not responsible for such charges.
Packaging & Handling
Each Silvanya piece is:
a. Packed in a signature luxury jewelry box.
b. Placed inside a tamper-proof, discreet shipping package.
c. Accompanied by care instructions, authenticity card, and invoice.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
In the rare event of:
a. Missing items
b. Damaged packages
c. Wrong items delivered
d. Parcel marked as “delivered” but not received
