2. Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?

Yes, COD is available across most pincodes in India except for:

Remote/Non-serviceable areas

·       Item must be unused, in original condition with tags and invoice.

9. Can I exchange an item after the return window?

Yes. You are eligible for our Lifetime Exchange Policy. Read below.

·       Begins after the 7-day return window.

·       We offer 92.5% of the silver value based on current market rates.

·       You'll receive the amount as a Silvanya gift voucher, valid for 3 years.

Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with images and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

20. Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, only if the product is not shipped yet. Post shipping, it falls under Return/Exchange policy.
