Shipping policy
At Silvanya, every order is packed with care and sent the safest way we know. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.
Payment
All orders are prepaid and processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking or supported wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
The price you see is the final price. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Delivery charges (India)
- Free delivery on orders above ₹799
- ₹49 on orders below ₹799
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. We do not dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.
- Custom-made or pre-order items may take longer; we will tell you the timeline when you order.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes: Jaipur 1–2 days, rest of Rajasthan 3–5 days, metro cities 4–6 days, rest of India 5–8 days. Remote areas may take longer depending on the courier.
Courier partners
We ship with trusted partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC, and India Post for remote areas.
Order confirmation and tracking
You receive an order confirmation email as soon as you order. When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, active within 24 hours of dispatch.
International delivery
₹1,499 to the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong; ₹2,499 to other countries. Please WhatsApp us at +91 73758 30459 before placing an international order. Import duties, VAT or taxes charged by your country are paid by the customer.
Damaged or missing parcels
If an item is missing or damaged, the wrong item arrives, or your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, WhatsApp us at +91 73758 30459 within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. After 72 hours the delivery is treated as successful.
